Glenn Jiritano
Principal, Project Manager / Superintendent
Glenn Jiritano has been involved with the company for more than eight years. His responsibilities include field service personnel oversight, customer liaison, and technical consultation on all projects. He has been involved in the installation and service of many communication and security systems for the past 15 years.
Mr. Jiritano has provided essential installation and project management on Mount Sinai Medical Center, NYU Medical Center, McCann Erickson, Jones Day law firm, and Prudential Douglas Elliman.
Mr. Jiritano has received additional training from manufacturers Software House, Sielox, Pelco, and American Dynamics.

Gerard A. Holker
SVP, Operations
Gerard Holker is responsible for the operational performance of all telecommunications structured cabling installation projects. His work includes managing scheduling, manpower and closeout administrative functions associated with projects. Mr. Holker has developed and implemented standardized operating procedures to ensure positive job performance while integrating cross functional business units into a cohesive operating team.
As Director of Operations and Chief Operations Officer at previous start-up structured cabling companies, he developed, refined and implemented operational policy and procedures.
Mr. Holker spent 24 years at Citigroup as Vice President of Operations and Technology, managing, designing, developing and implementing unique solutions for critical financial systems and with a singular focus on providing clients with premier information delivery and financial services.
He brings a vast array of management, telecommunications and networking experience. Mr. Holker's broad background in technology project management, development, end user liaison/support and experience with facilities/construction management complements his role as head of operations.

Robert DiMarco
New Business Development / Sales
Robert DiMarco began his career with Security By Design and Wireworks Business Systems in 2001 as a field technician, becoming a certified product installer and learning the skills necessary from the ground up for success in the telecommunications and security industry. He quickly moved through the ranks and began managing large scale projects for some of our most valuable clients, from an eighteen floor/3,500 workstation installation at the Law Firms of Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison, to the 500,000 square-foot buildout of The Department of Environmental Protection's state-of-the-art facilities in Long Island City. He has established himself as an integral part of the Security By Design and Wireworks Business Systems teams, and is currently responsible for new business development, and Telecom estimates and proposals.

Larissa Nakon
Service Manager
Larissa Nakon began her career with Security By Design and Wireworks Business Systems in 2004 as an office assistant, progressing swiftly to more complex work in project management with service manager responsibilities.
In her current role as a service manager at Security By Design and Wireworks Business Systems, Ms. Nakon is responsible for all service and maintenance contracts with clients. She has developed and executed an efficient way of providing accurate, timely, and consistent service. As a service manager, Ms. Nakon also handles Day Two work for security, telecom and audio visual. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University.
